Rebirthing Workshops: These are experiential workshops that are appropriate for all levels of experience. These are a full day and include a one-on-one breath session, community building, networking and sharing.

Private Rebirthing Sessions: High quality one-on-one rebirthing sessions lasting approximately two hours. Includes intake and emotional response technique processing.

One Year Seminars: This is a group of people that are committed to meeting once a month for a full day to process their mind through group work and one-on-one rebirthing breathwork exchange. The purpose of this group is to move toward spiritual enlightenment and a fully realized life.
